Returns made easy
Within 30 days of delivery, return your unworn gear for a refund or size/color exchange. The portal takes about 60 seconds to start.
The basics
- 30 days from delivery
- Unworn, tagged items in original condition
- Refund to original payment (5–10 business days after processing) or size/color exchange
Shipping costs
If you bought Redo Coverage at checkout, your return shipping is on us. No questions asked.
Without Coverage, the return shipping cost gets deducted from your refund — usually $5–$10 depending on weight.
If your item arrived damaged, defective, or we shipped the wrong thing, we cover everything. Report within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll send a replacement or full refund.
What's not returnable
- Customized or personalized items (engraved clubs, monogrammed gear)
- Final sale items (clearly marked at checkout)
- Items damaged from wear, misuse, or alteration
After you initiate
- Print the prepaid label we email you
- Drop the package at any carrier location
- Track your return through the portal
- We process within 5 business days of receiving it
