Back 9 Golf Return Policy

At Back 9 Golf, we want you to love your gear. If something doesn't hit the mark, we've got a straightforward return process to make it right. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.

Eligibility

  • Eligible Items: Unused, unworn products in their original condition, with all tags attached, packaging intact, and including any accessories or manuals.
  • Ineligible Items:
    • Customized or personalized products (e.g., engraved clubs or custom-fitted apparel).
    • Final sale items (clearly marked at checkout).
    • Items damaged due to customer misuse, alteration, or wear.
  • All returns must be in resalable condition to qualify for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  1. Initiate Your Return: Email our team at b9store@thebackninegolf.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and a brief reason (e.g., "doesn't fit" or "changed my mind"). We'll review and send a prepaid return shipping label if eligible.
  2. Pack and Ship: Use the original packaging if possible. Securely pack the items and attach the provided label. Drop off at your nearest carrier location.
  3. Timeline: We process returns within 3-5 business days of receipt. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after inspection (total time may vary by bank).

Shipping and Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: You're responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect (e.g., wrong size or color shipped by us). In those cases, we'll cover return shipping and provide a full refund or replacement.

Refunds and Exchanges

  • Full Refund: Eligible returns get a full refund of the item price (excluding original shipping fees).
  • Exchanges: Prefer a swap? Let us know in your email—we'll ship the new item once we receive the return, free of charge if it's a size/color exchange on the same product.
  • Partial Refunds: If we receive the item in non-original condition, we may issue a partial refund at our discretion.

Exceptions and Quality Assurance

  • Damaged or Defective Items: Report within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll replace or refund immediately, covering all shipping.
  • Lost or Delayed Shipments: Contact us ASAP; we'll investigate with the carrier.
  • We inspect every return for quality. If an item doesn't meet our criteria, we'll notify you and ship it back at your expense.
