Back Nine Golf Shipping Policy

Overview

At Back Nine Golf, we ship most apparel and accessories from our fulfillment partner in Charlotte, NC, and some items directly from our Utah headquarters. This Shipping Policy outlines our rates, processing times, delivery estimates, and the conditions that apply to every shipment we send. Please read it carefully — by placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below.

Shipping Rates (Domestic — United States)

We offer three flat-rate shipping options for all U.S. orders, plus complimentary standard shipping on orders of $150 or more:

All rates apply to in-stock items shipping to the contiguous United States. Orders placed before 12:00 PM MST on a business day typically begin processing the same day; orders placed after that cutoff or on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.

Important — Delivery Estimates Are Not Guarantees

The delivery windows shown above (and at checkout) are estimates only. They apply to in-stock items, and the clock starts when your order leaves our fulfillment center, not when you place the order. Several conditions can affect actual delivery time:

  • Inventory availability. If an item is on backorder, in production, or shipping from a manufacturer partner, the delivery window may be longer. We will notify you by email if your order includes an item that cannot ship within our standard processing time.
  • Carrier delays. Once your package leaves our facility, it is in the hands of USPS, UPS, FedEx, or another carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, missed scans, lost packages, or routing errors after handoff.
  • Severe weather. Storms, hurricanes, snowstorms, and other significant weather events frequently disrupt carrier networks during certain times of year. These delays are outside our control, and we cannot refund shipping charges for weather-related delays.
  • Natural disasters and acts of God. Earthquakes, wildfires, floods, and similar events may delay or prevent delivery to affected regions. We are not liable for delays or non-delivery caused by such events.
  • Customs and government holds. International shipments may be held in customs for inspection. Domestic shipments may occasionally be held by a government agency. Time spent in these holds is not counted toward our delivery estimates.
  • Holidays and peak season. Carrier networks slow noticeably between Thanksgiving and the end of December, and around other major U.S. holidays. We recommend ordering early during these periods.

If your tracking shows an unusual delay (more than 7 business days past the upper end of the estimated delivery window), please contact us using the information at the bottom of this page and we will work with the carrier to investigate.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM MST may not begin processing until the next business day.
  • You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after checkout and a shipment confirmation email with tracking when the package leaves our facility.
  • Some manufacturer-direct items (specialty equipment, custom-fitted apparel, and select branded merchandise) may take an additional 3–7 business days to ship beyond our standard processing time. These items are flagged on their product pages.

Tracking Your Order

When your package ships, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and carrier link. Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving this email for the carrier's tracking system to update with the first scan. If a tracking number does not show movement after 48 hours, contact us and we will investigate.

Free Shipping Threshold

Orders with a merchandise subtotal of $150 or more (calculated after any discounts and before tax) qualify for complimentary Standard shipping in the contiguous United States. The free shipping option will automatically appear at checkout for qualifying orders. Expedited and Rush options remain at their listed rates.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states and select international destinations. Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and APO/FPO addresses may take longer than the standard windows shown above.
  • Some oversized or restricted items (certain training aids, putting mats, and equipment items) cannot ship to P.O. boxes or via Rush shipping. These restrictions are noted on the product page or surfaced at checkout.
  • International shipping is available to a curated list of countries via USPS or DHL Express. International delivery times vary by destination and customs clearance and typically range from 7–21 business days. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by their country.

Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Shipments

  • Damaged in transit: If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and the packaging. We will replace the item or issue a refund at our discretion.
  • Lost in transit: If tracking shows your order has not moved for more than 7 business days, or has been marked "delivered" but you have not received it, contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will open an investigation with the carrier and, if confirmed lost, send a replacement or issue a refund.
  • Stolen after delivery: Once a package is marked "delivered" by the carrier and confirmed at your shipping address, responsibility passes to the recipient. We strongly recommend shipping to a secure address (workplace, package locker, or someone home during the day) for high-value orders. We may, at our discretion and depending on the carrier's response, assist with recovery or replacement on a case-by-case basis but are not obligated to do so.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address at checkout. Orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer are not eligible for free reshipment. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an address error, we will contact you to arrange reshipment, and additional shipping charges may apply.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Once an order has been submitted to our fulfillment center for processing, we may not be able to modify or cancel it. If you need to change a shipping address, update a product or size, or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at the email or phone number below. We will do our best to accommodate but cannot guarantee changes after processing has begun.
