Hats are all OSFM (one size fits most), with an adjustable snapback closure.
To keep your hat looking sharp:
Hand wash only in cold water with a mild detergent — never machine wash.Spot-clean stains with a soft-bristle brush; avoid scrubbing directly on embroidery or patches.
Air dry only. Reshape over a bowl or hat form while damp to keep the crown's shape.
Do not put in a dryer — heat can warp the front panel and damage the trim.
Avoid bleach and direct ironing on patches or embroidery.
Unsnap the back closure when storing so it doesn't stretch out over time.
All sales are final — this is a holiday promotion.
Nothing is shipped. Your confirmation email contains everything needed to redeem the punch pass, and the hat and ball marker can be picked up at your local Back Nine location.

How Dad Redeems
After checkout, you will receive a confirmation email to share with Dad. When he's ready, he can visit Back Nine Chapel Hill to pick up his hat and ball marker — or you can arrange to pick them up before Father's Day if you'd like. Dad would then book his three tee times through our booking portal. All information on how to redeem his gifts will be in the confirmation email.
